All payments on www.tahleeandbench.com are processed via our secure payment gateway, 

payments can also be made via PayPal if preferred.

Privacy

We fully respect and appreciate the importance of your privacy and any information provided to us is fully protected and we will not share or sell your personal information. Your contact email may be used to share news about new products or promotions. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you can choose to unsubscribe in the email.

Faults and Warranty

Tahlee and Bench Jewellery is entirely handcrafted upon order, this means each piece may vary slightly. The pieces are delicate and fine and should be worn with care. All Tahlee and Bench gemstones are sourced from all over the world and can vary slightly in colour from the picture, which we think makes each piece special and unique.

Normal wear and tear, tarnishing and oxidization on pieces is not considered a fault. Each item is thoroughly checked before dispatch to ensure a high level of quality and standard is upheld.

If any breakages occur within the first 6 months of purchase due to a manufacturing fault under normal wear, Tahlee and Bench will be happy to fix and return each piece free of charge. If this does occur, please contact us and take a photograph and description of the faulty product, along with proof of purchase. Please note that if your piece shows signs of improper wear, pieces will be repaired at a cost and you will be notified prior.

Tahlee and Bench is not responsible for products that may be lost or damaged during return shipping. It is important to ensure all returned items are thoroughly packaged with bubble wrap, packed securely and clearly addressed. Any items damaged or lost during return transit will not be accepted, so please take care when posting.

Repairs and restoration are available upon request and will be priced and assessed case by case.

It is important to have your correct size upon purchase but should your piece require resizing, please contact us to arrange. Customers will be responsible for all shipping and charges for resizing and will be quoted on case by case depending on what style your piece is. Please note that if your piece is resized by another jeweler, it will be void of warranty.
